ENG334 is designed to equip Political Science and International Relations students with advanced English language skills tailored to their field of study. Emphasizing academic and professional communication, the course will enhance students’ abilities in reading, writing and speaking, preparing them for effective participation in global political and diplomatic environments. Through a combination of theoretical and practical exercises, students will engage with political texts, develop critical thinking, writing and public speaking skills in a variety of contexts. Moreover, they will critically analyze political theories, international relations frameworks, and key political events, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and underlying assumptions by using these language skills.
